Evans International Freight Consolidators has 35 years of Sea Freight and Consolidation experience, conducting business with a familiar face and one that clients can solely trust. To ensure the ability to compete internationally, EIFC has developed key strategic alliances with Consolidation Groups allowing operation to span 139 countries.
EIFC wanted to communicate to their market with regular updates on vessel availability, in an easy to update and easy to read format. Email was the ideal channel to meet this objective, to increase brand awareness in the marketplace and to ensure that as a business they were keeping in touch with the right people on a regular basis.

2. DDH Graham
DDH Graham is a Brisbane based funds management and administration organization, that required a reliable and effective way to send out frequent communication to their subscribers and staff members.
DDH Graham wanted to communicate to distinct segments of their market, using tailored messages around specific product sets. DDH also required a platform that could act as a tool to help the company build on their current data and grow a fully operational database.
Traction Digital designed and built personalised email templates for DDH, providing DDH with a vehicle to send tailored messages to their database. Traction Digital’s easy to use platform functions has allowed multiple members of the DDH Graham team to be trained to use the platform, making it easy for the team to make adjustments to the content, launch campaigns and analyse results. More recently, DDH Graham has utilised the SMS component of the platform, allowing the desired message to reach recipients’ mobiles, allowing the communication to be accessible to the recipient in real time.
DDH has been able to use the reporting capabilities within the platform to analyse the performance of their campaign and react accordingly. This reactive tactic is reflected in the consistency of results. DDH Graham has seen steady outcomes over the past 12 months, averaging an open rate of 29% across all campaigns.

The Royal Queensland Show (Ekka) has long been an integral element of Queensland life. Every generation from the very first Ekka, in 1876, to today has warm memories of attending this event.
The Royal National Agricultural Show required a medium to assist the company with brand promotion.
Lifecycle campaign management allowed timely campaigns to be sent out to subscribers of the Ekka, ensuring maximum exposure of the Ekka brand throughout the year.
RNA has seen excellent open rates from their campaigns, with an average open rate of 38%, while the Christmas campaign reached an open rate of 60%. With the Ekka being a prominent part of the showgrounds calendar, the result of reaching 51% open rate from Ekka email campaigns is a great success.
